Scope & Content |
This small scrapbook, titled "In Memoriam", served as Percy M. Carter's funeral program. It contains a photo of Carter, the Serra Cross and palms, and the newly built Serra Museum on Presidio Hill. Also included are poems ("To the Memory of Mr. Carter", "God's Lantern", both unattributed) as well as George Marston's eulogy with separate signature, held in place with notched photo holders. Two newspaper clippings of obituaries (undated) from the San Diego Union are also included. |
