Two large format commercial scrapbooks consist of newspaper clippings of Davies Motor advertisements and publicity columns in the automotive sections of the San Diego Sun, Tribune and Union. One scrapbook includes clippings from 1939-1940; the other from 1940-41. A handful of loose pages has clippings from 1948. Clipping dates are handwritten. Scrapbook cover titles ("Scrapbook of My Travels", "Scrapbook of Interior Decoration") do not refer to actual content. |
